Join EPIC as we explore effective communication with Kristyn Lyon, SPHR, SHRM-CP, System Director of Human Resources at Burrell Behavioral Health. Kristyn will shed light on subjects such as generational communication and effective communication techniques. Attendees will leave with new skills and tactics to better work within their positions.

About Kristyn:

Kristyn Lyon, System Director of Human Resources at Burrell Behavioral Health, has spent nearly 10 years helping business leaders and employees learn and practice effective communication in the workplace. Kristyn relocated to Columbia from San Diego, California just over a year ago and has worked as a human resources professional in several different industries including construction, retail, food and beverage, theme park and most recently behavioral health! Kristyn will present on best practices for communicating in the workplace, while highlighting how to overcome hurdles that result from different communication styles, platforms and generational differences. Attendees can expect to walk away from this event with tools for communication success and a better understanding of why communication challenges arise at work.
