During this Virtual Lunching Outside the Box we will welcome Ann Merrifield, Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Missouri, to discuss how you can hone your problem solving skills and become creative and innovative with your solutions. She will cover strategies for how to assess your challenge, examine your options and think outside the box when selecting your plan of action. This event will empower you to take ownership of the problem and face it head-on with the necessary tools to solve it.
