Designed to help you focus on “project you” and reboot your selfcare routines, our Nourish to Flourish event will renew your passion and energy for your health and wellness and provide you with new tools and strategies to make sure you focus on you. There will be a demonstrations on how to make sure you stay active even at work, meal prepping to ensure healthier eating on a budget, and breakout groups for your favorite health and wellness activities with industry experts to discuss best practices and trade ideas along with ways to keep your passion fresh and interesting.
