The Bio's of our speakers are as follows: 

Meg Langland, a certified Etiquette Consultant since 2013, has provided engaging dining and networking presentations in a variety of settings, ranging from mid-Missouri to national conferences. A graduate of Mizzou’s Educational and Counseling master’s program, Meg enjoys helping individuals actualize their protentional and overcome barriers to become more confident in social and business situations.
Meg is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and for the last five years, has been a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach. Before forming Greater Visions Consulting LLC, Meg served for 22 years as Director of Career Development at Westminster College. A resident of Boone County, Meg currently is President of the Downtown Toastmasters Club, where she assists members in developing their communication skills and leadership abilities.

Michele Curry achieved her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri in 2011 and has been working for Commerce Bank ever since. She has been a representative in the Treasury Services department since July 2013. As a Treasury Management Officer, she is responsible for facilitating conversations around payments and cash management strategies. Specialties include customer service related to the bank’s electronic banking and treasury management services for business and commercial customers.
Michele is active within the Central Missouri community and has participated with organizations such as the Voluntary Action Center and the Heart of Missouri United Way. In 2022 Michele was recognized as an ATHENA International Young Professional Award which honors an emerging leader who demonstrates excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession, and serves as a role model for young women personally and professionally. Michele has recently served on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, volunteers with Columbia Office of Cultural Affairs, and is a Past Chair of the Women’s Network, a division of the Chamber of Commerce.
 

Advance registration is appreciated. Online pre-registration is $20 for members and $25 for guests until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15. After the pre-registration deadline, walk-in attendees can pay at the door for $25.
