The events of the past 18 months have highlighted the overwhelming need for greater equity in communities across America. In this introductory session, Rachel and LaToya will share the basics of this important topic. Participants will review common definitions, gain an understanding of the history of racism, and learn how you can be a leader in the fight for equity.
This luncheon will be the first in a special two-part series, which will conclude with our February event. Make a plan to participate in both luncheons by registering now for the February event.
Advance registration is appreciated. Online pre-registration is $20 for members and $25 for guests until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16. After the pre-registration deadline, walk-in attendees can pay at the door for $25.
As part of an ongoing effort to support our local businesses, all virtual participants who are registered by Tuesday, November 16 will receive a $10 restaurant gift card with their registration.
