Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and the formal program will begin at 11:50. See you there!
Brain health is a foundational component of human health and wellness. Just like breathing, we feel and experience emotions constantly. The world we live in, our unique lived experiences and our history directly affect our work, businesses, families, health, and communities. Despite all we know about their importance, brain health and emotional wellness are often avoided, minimized or neglected altogether. Not today.

Women’s Network is investing in your brain health and overall wellness at work by offering a Be Well Experience. Be Well Experiences put brain science into action as we engage together in evidence-based wellness practices (self-assessment, mindfulness, anonymous healing expression and self-care - to name a few). What happens as a result? You returning to your various responsibilities with your own self-care and wellness top of mind and a brain health plan in development.

Let's Be Well Together at Women’s Network!

Advance registration is appreciated. Online pre-registration is $20 for members and $25 for guests until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18. After the pre-registration deadline, walk-in attendees can pay at the door for $25.
